Hello world!

Hello my blogging friends! I have been away from the blogging world for a while now, so it may be time to reintroduce myself.

I am Sari (pronounced Sharry without the h). I am an inspiring history scholar and scientific geek. In the fall of 2012 I will begin working on a master’s in history. In just a few short months I will have my bachelors in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on history. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with science. I guess you could say I am a well rounded geek. Some of my friends find it hard to believe I decided to go back to school at my age (40 something) but as George Elliot once said “it is never to late to be the person  you want to be”.

I started blogging years ago as a book reviewer because as a bibliophile I wanted to join the world of book blogging, so many of my friends were doing it. I found over the years, my passion for blogging was not in reviews but in opining about subjects I find fascinating. I hope you do too!
